Courses are run regularly throughout the year. We run the 'English Made Easy' version as well, for those who speak english as a second language.

English Classes
English is taught in 4 classes every Tuesday in the School Room. They are for new immigrants to the U.K. and for those who have been here longer, but want to improve their English.

10.00am     -   11.00am      Absolute Beginners (mixed)
11.00am     -   12.00noon   Intermediate (mixed)
12.00noon  -   1.00pm        Advanced (mixed)
2.00pm        -   3.00pm        Absolute Beginners (female)

"A Stranger in a Foreign Country"
Our fellowship has people from many countries and has a special heart for 'Strangers in a foreign country' because many of us have faced that situation. We will do what we can to help you settle in this country. We will offer you warm friendship and God's love.

Coffee Mornings
From 11.00am - 1.00pm each Tuesday and Saturday, the School Room is open to all for coffee, tea, biscuits and a chat. People of all religions and no religion at all are welcome to come and talk, ask questions, discuss problems or just sit quietly with a cuppa.

Luncheon Club
Once a month, usually the 2nd Wednesday @ 12.30pm, Bethel Church Luncheon Club meets. This is open to all who would like to join us. Please call first.

Missionary Support
A minimum tenth of our income is given to support Christian Missionary work. The organisations supported include Lifewords, FEBA radio, Biblelands, Salt Cellar Youth Project and Tear Fund.

Mission to Myanmar (Burma)
Our Pastor and his wife go to Myanmar once a year to teach and encourage the local Christians living under a military junta with one of the world's worst human rights records. We support students at Bible College, Churches which have orphanages.
