Dick & Caroline are involved in theological education in East Africa helping to train the next generation of African church leaders and missionaries. They work among some of the most marginalised churches to develop theological training and build capacity for training others.
Dick trains theological educators from African Instituted Churches in the skills they need for writing and teaching theological education by extension (TEE) courses; he also teaches Christian education and mission at St Paul’s University, consults for various Christian universities and trains lecturers. Caroline teaches biblical exegesis and church history at the Presbyterian University of East Africa and administers the theology department distance courses.
